This meeting aims to stimulate research and interaction of mathematicians in all aspects of linear and multilinear algebra, matrix analysis and their applications, especially in quantum information theory. This meeting is also an opportunity for researchers to exchange ideas and developments on these subjects. The previous workshops were held in Vietnam (2013, 2015, 2017, 2022) and Japan (2014, 2016, 2018).
